Please welcome Heran to the London office on Monday 5th October.
Heran will be joining Thomas, Charlie and the Specialist Surveying Team as an Associate Director – you may have already met him as he came along to the summer drinks.
“I am a building engineer working mainly on building envelope and fire safety. I am joining from the CBRE building consultancy team, where I focus on FRAEWs, condition surveys, development monitoring, dilapidations, CapEX and OpEx. I got to work on some interesting buildings along the way, including 1 London Wall Place, 1 Sheldon Square and Waterside House.
I am looking forward to joining the Specialist Surveying team. I want to take my façade fire safety work further and grow into the fire safety engineering, so this feels like the right place to do it.
Outside of work in do CrossFit almost religiously and enjoy a good rally on the tennis court.
Do come and say hello when I start. I’d love to get to know everyone, and I’m always happy to talk façade/building envelopes if it is ever useful.”
